This is a custom print form which is dynamically generated based on the different income entries within URLA Part 1 -4. This needs list is auto populated based on the different options in the Income Sources. Since the needs list will customized based on borrower information, it can be send right away to the borrowers asking them to submit the required documents for verification of their income sources.
This custom print form is divided into two parts. First part is the state specific legal commitment letter populated with the loan info. Second portion is the underwriting conditions listing the prior to approval, prior to docs, prior to funding and at closing conditions.
