In How Prompt Templates Work in Generative AI-Part 1 – Mortgage Banking Technology | Origination Strategy Consulting, we have discussed how a prompt template is created within an Einstein AI enabled Salesforce org. In this article let us see this in action.
Add Einstein Generative AI to the record page
- Navigate to ‘Accounts’ section. Select any account.
- Select Edit page from Setup. This will take you to the Lightning App Builder.
- Click on the ‘Details’ section
- Click ‘Upgrade Now’
- Click on the ‘Description’ field. On the pane right to the Details section, you can see ‘Einstein Generative AI’.
- Choose the template you created earlier.
- Now ‘Save’ it to the appropriate page lay out and Activate.
- Leave the Lightning App Builder and select any account.
- In the Description field, click the pencil icon.
- Click on the star button on the right of the field.
This automatically opens up the Einstein overlay, using your prompt template to start a new conversation.
This gives us a chance to review the summary, and even continue the conversation with Einstein to work together on a revised version.
- Click Use.
- Click the X to close the Einstein overlay.
- Notice that the Quick Summary field is filled in.
- Click Save.
