If a lender is dealing with duplicate applications from the same borrower or trying to combine information from multiple loan applications, there is option for merging loan applications in Encompass 360. This blog enlists the step by step process for merging loan applications in Encompass 360.
Please follow the steps below to merge two loans from the Encompass Pipeline:
- Open the primary borrower’s loan file from the pipeline.
- Then click on the Tools tab, then click Co-Mortgagors.
- To import a borrower, click the Import button.
- Select Source as “Another Loan File”
Select Borrower or Co-Borrower from the list to import the information from the borrower or co-borrower in the Encompass loan file. Select the numbered position in the Borrower Pairs list where you want to import the borrower, and then click Next.
- On the Select Loan window, select the loan file, and then click Select.
