Description of Project Scope:

• Build Milestone Templates per loan type.

• Revise workflow through life-of-loan settings to include: loan milestones, alerts, handoff points, roles and file assignments.

• Build business rules based on Milestone Templates and update consistently based on business requirements.

• Build Closing Costs Templates based on Loan Type, Lender and Business Rules.

• Configuration and implementation of applicable fee mapping, fee templates and fee tables. All escrow fee tables, title fee tables, and city/county doc stamps need to be set

• E-Disclosures: Custom form e disclosures from both the ‘sender’ (Broker) perspective and the ‘recipient’ (borrower) perspective.

• Launch Web Center for the company and loan officers, including search engine optimization, document requests/e folder.

• Setup alerts for tracking of contingency dates (loan approval, appraisal, lock expiration, closing).

• Calculation of income on loan (points and fees), and calculating commissions due, including expenses such as credit and appraisal. (we can show you the manual template we have been using).

• Setup custom reports and dashboards for all levels of Management and staff including LO’s Processors, Underwriters and Secondary.
