· This is a form used to Audit a loan file.
· The Post closer and the Loan officer Personas acts as the auditor.
· This form looks for the information like Title, Closing Protection letter, Insurance, Signed Disclosures, Payoff on Refinance, Subordination, Condo Insurance etc. on a loan file.
· The Processor will have to ensure the information / tasks in the form are completed before advancing to the next Milestone
· The current user name and current date will auto populate when the user clicks the check box.
