- Cross-Sell Recommendation: Suggest supplementary products and services to current customers to enhance their overall experience.
- Next Best Action: Recommend the most effective action or resolution for addressing customer concerns and issues.
- Next Best Offer: Provide personalized recommendations for the most suitable offers or promotions to engage both existing customers and potential prospects.
- Partner Solution Alignment: Enhance customer satisfaction by suggesting the most fitting partner solutions that align with their needs and preferences.

Predictors
- The Predictors tab within the recommendation scorecard displays a comprehensive list of factors influencing your recommendation.
- It provides impactful insights for each predictor, showcasing the top 100 predictors ranked by their significance.
- If your recommendation involves over 100 predictors, the displayed number on the scorecard typically falls within the range of 100 to 200.
How to access Einstein Recommendation builder
- Navigate to Set up- enter Einstein Recommendation Builder in the Quick Find box, and select Einstein Recommendation Builder
- For first time users, Click Get Started and agree to the terms and conditions
- You can toggle the status to turn it on or off. Turn off action requires a confirmation step also. Turn off disables any existing recommendations. You can enable them again when you turn Einstein Recommendation Builder on again.
- You can’t turn off Einstein Recommendation Builder if a recommendation is deployed to a Next Best Action strategy. To turn it off, first remove the Einstein Load node from all Next Best Action strategies.
Object types used in Einstein Recommendation builder
Einstein recommendations rely on three distinct types of Salesforce objects:
- Recommended Items Object: This repository houses the records slated for recommendation. For instance, the ‘Product’ object can be used to store various loan products offered by a mortgage firm like VA, Conventional, FHA etc. These can be recommended to the Recipient object ‘Contact’.
- Interactions Object: Einstein identifies stored interactions between the Recommended Items and Recipient objects within this entity. When a Contact completes a purchase, the interaction is stored in the Order History object.
- Recipient Object: This object encompasses the records designated to receive the recommendations. For instance, if loan products recommended to a Contact would be stored in the Contact object.
