Using 4506C in Encompass Web

The ICE 4506C service is supported on the web version of Encompass. This solution helps streamline mortgage processing, accelerate loan approvals, mitigate risk, and enhance customer experience. This blog explores using 4506C in Encompass Web.

To Add a Manual Service in Encompass Web Interface:

1. Log into Encompass web interface as an administrator, click the user icon on the top right corner of the page, and in the dropdown panel, click the Admin

2. In the left navigation menu, click the SERVICES

4. From the SERVICES drop-down menu, click Services Management.
5. Click the Add Service

 

5. In the Category window, select Verifications from the dropdown list, and click the Retrieve Products button.

6. Use the Search all field to locate the ICE 4506C card, and in the card, click the Manual

7. Review the fields in the Add Manual Setup

8. Complete the fields in the Add Manual Setup
9. After moving all the users, that need access to this service, to the Selected Users section, click the Active toggle button at the top right of the page to turn the service from OFF to ON.

To Create a New Order in Encompass Web Interface:

1. Click the Services menu, and from the dropdown, click All Services.
2. Click the Order Service

3. In the Order Service window:
   1. From the Categories panel and click Verifications.
   2. In the Providers panel, click ICE 4506C – Verification.
   3. Click the Next
