Salesforce provides two forms of in-app guidance: prompts and walkthroughs. These tools serve various purposes such as facilitating onboarding, encouraging feature adoption and discovery, and enabling deeper learning experiences. A prompt serves as a concise and focused window, guiding users’ attention to a specific feature, update, or call to action. Users observe the prompt, engage with the information or take necessary actions, and continue with their activities. This article presents How to create Prompts in Salesforce Lightning.
