In this article, we shall discuss Lead Prioritization, Priority queue and Priority Info bars in Velocify Lead manager.
What is Lead prioritization
Lead Prioritization is a feature available in Velocify Lead Manager Advanced Editions which enable administrators to create queues to prioritize leads based on a predefined set of rules.
These rules are by default based on the best practices of the industry. However, these can be customized in Lead Manager Advanced edition.
Lead conditions to be looked at for prioritization
- How old is the lead?
- When was the lead last assigned?
- What is the current status or stage of the lead
- How long has it been since the lead was last called or updated?
- Is there a future Calendar Event set?
Priority queue
Prioritization works on a series of Priority queues. A Priority queue represents a set of leads that meet specific criteria. These queues are then grouped and presented in the priority list in the order of the ranking of the priority queues.
Users should navigate to their Leads-Priority View to access their list of prioritized leads.
Prioritization-Single lead view
Single Lead View is an option in the Client Settings-Priority View Leads Per Page. If Single Lead View is enabled here, then only a single lead will be visible to the users at a time. This feature limit users’ abilities to surf through the Priority View list instead focus on the next lead prioritized by the system.
Priority Info Bars
Priority Info Bars in Velocify Lead manager allows organizations to add detailed information on the reasoning behind the order of leads in their Priority view.
How To enable Priority Info Bars
- In the Velocify Lead Manager, Click your name in the upper right of the header.
- Click Client Settings under ‘Preferences’
- Select ‘On’ button in the Priority Info Bars field under Settings:Client tab
- Click Apply and then hit the ‘Submit’ button.
- Now as the Priority Info Bars is enabled, it will appear between groupings of leads within the Priority View page.
- In the Priority View page you can see various Priority queues, the first one to appear in the page is the highest ranking Priority queue.
- The display name of each Priority Queue can be edited by navigating to Lead Prioritization-Priority Queue-Click Edit link on the desired queue.
- On the Queue Details tab, give the Priority Info Bar a Display Name and Display Details description. Click Save.
Priority Info Bars are programmed to operate in conjunction with Single Lead View when in use. A single priority bar with a single lead of the highest-ranking queue will be displayed in such case.
